Happy New Moon Everybody!!!

The folling is information about the gathering, djs,
performers, and also directions. Please do not post
directions anywhere. For those people who did not
RSVPed, they may contacting some of you who have
directions. Please identify the people who may be
contacting you, and make sure they don't share
directions with no one else. If you feel more
comfortable, you could even invite them over to either
caravan or carpool.

Trader Joe's, through the generosity of the management
at the Silverlake Store, has donated enough food for a
communal breakfast. Thank You Adis!!! For all other
meals, please make sure you all bring enough food and
drinks for the whole weekend.

Donations will be accepted for expenses related to
putting together this gathering. Thank you in advance
for your contributions!!!

Hello Beautiful People!

We have the soundsystem (M&M Sound) and location (on
private
property with good roads, approx. 1.5 hours north of
Los Angeles)
confirmed,
so
everything is going forward! The festivities start
Friday evening and
end
Sunday afternoon.
Saturday morning begins with a sunrise ambient set;
with a line-up
featuring downtempo, dub, breaks, house, techno,
jungle, acoustic
strings and *psychedelic trance*!

The usual volunteers are needed for door, parking,
set-up, break-down
and clean-up, so if you're looking for a way to add to
this magical
weekend -- please respond and sign-up to contribute a
couple hours
of your time. :D

People with trucks are needed to help bring out (and
return)
soundsystem components (to help save the costs of
renting a truck), so
if
*you*
have a truck and can handle a cabinet or two, please
chime in.

We also need lots of help with a communal kitchen, so
if you like to
make
pancakes (hint hint nudge nudge) -- or any other
desert culinary
specialties
-- let us know below! The rule of thumb is to bring
enough water and
food
for you and your crew, with a little extra to share.
That way there is always enough for everybody. Shade
structures for
the DJ
booth and dancefloor are needed, so if you have any to
spare, please
bring
them with you. Weather is forecast to be sunny and
mild in the day,
and
chilly in the evenings -- so please plan accordingly
(and bring your
warmest
night-time clothing). There is a firepit, so please
bring firewood to
help
keep everone toasty and warm at night.
